SoloWise: Safety Check-Ins

SoloWise is a personal safety check-in app designed for people who live, travel, work, or explore alone.

Set a one-time or daily Timer for when you plan to check in. SoloWise sends reminders when the check-in is due. If you do not check in before the Timer and any selected Alarm Delay expire, SoloWise automatically sends alerts to the Emergency Contacts you chose.

SoloWise can support:

• Living alone or independently
• Lone work, rural work, and remote job sites
• Hiking, biking, overlanding, and other outdoor activities
• Solo travel and road trips
• First meetings, dates, appointments, and other personal plans

Create an emergency profile containing the information your contacts may need, including:

• Places and Routes
• Vehicles
• Kids and Pets
• Optional medical and identifying information
• Multiple Emergency Contacts
• Connected SoloWise Partners

For active plans, optional map and breadcrumb tools let you record and share location information. Notifications may be delivered by email, text message, voice call, or Android push notification, depending on the recipient’s settings and the features available on the user’s plan.

SoloWise is designed to stay quiet when everything goes as planned. Check in on time and your contacts are not disturbed. Miss a check-in and they receive the alert information you prepared.

SoloWise is not an emergency-response, dispatch, or professional monitoring service. It does not automatically contact emergency services. Alerts depend on device operation, internet or cellular connectivity, third-party delivery services, and the availability and response of your chosen contacts. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly whenever possible.
