HOW IT WORKS

1. Add an emergency contact and ask them to consent on the link they receive.
2. When you head into a situation that feels risky, start a safety timer in the app.
3. Check in before the timer ends to clear it. If you can't — or won't — RUOK sends an SMS to your contacts with the message you pre-wrote so they know to come find you.
