Use the Bernafon App to discreetly control your hearing aids from your mobile device. Adjust left and right volumes together or separately, switch programs set by your hearing care professional, mute surroundings, check battery levels, stream calls, music and podcasts, and locate lost aids. The app also supports streaming equalizer, sound equalizer and the HearingCoach feature for compatible models, and can manage wireless accessories and Auracast™ broadcasts where available.

Pair your hearing aids during first use and keep your device OS updated (recommended OS 10 or later) for optimal performance. Some features depend on your hearing aid model and phone compatibility — older aids (2016–2018) may require an update.
