2026-08-05	Ov*****	I have to uninstall the app, I just can't take it anymore 😪 it logs me out every time and now I was trying to log in but it's not accepting my password, I try to change it and never get the email to do so there's now way for me to get in again, it's ridiculous that there's no option to fix the problem

2026-08-05	Me*****	I created an account & downloaded the app. When I try to sign in on the app & put in my email & password, it automatically takes me to the website & makes me retype all my information. Then I tried to shop but it made me login again and asked me for my sizes 3 different times. You can't even shop on the app so whats the point in having the app....?

I like the clothes and they have decent deals, but it's nearly impossible to actually do any shopping because login codes don't work, everything is sooo sllllowwwww, it glitches constantly, links break... I want to buy things but the user experience is so awful I usually end up giving up and closing out
