I really like the exercises and love the setup. However, it is unpredictable when it works. I haven't been able to use it for about a month and have just had to uninstall because it is currently useless for me to have. I have tried everything to get it to work and reached out to fabletics with no answer.

Downloaded the app about a month after signing up for the VIP program. The app will not load. It's just a black screen with a logo, and I've even tried untinstalling and reinstalling. Still had the same issue. Would have been nice to explore what the app has to offer. Will be deleting.
