Can only take a photo or upload photo files, not PDFs. every digital receipt I get is a pdf, not a photo. so when I can't upload a PDF to submit a claim, I can't use the app. That kind of defeats the purpose of the app in the first place if I have to go to my computer to do it. Or I have to open the PDF and take a screenshot of it to be able to upload on the app. It shouldn't be this difficult!

I don't know what's more useless, the app or the support when there's a problem. The only way to find out any information about a claim is to call, the app has no helpful information. I've submitted paperwork for a claim via the app, called, and it is STILL denied and the card is blocked. What is the point of putting money into an account if I can't use it for anything and the app is complete garbage. I can't wait to call again to try and sort things out.
