who is dr Ben Baak?


Ben Baak is convinced: "If you want to make a difference in life, it's best to start with yourself". And he needs to know. Because: As a sports scientist with a doctorate, he worked for more than ten years at the German Sports University in Cologne. There he researched, among other things, the effects of weightlessness on the human body.

The sudden death of his father completely changed the course of his life and finally led him away from science at the age of 29 to a direct engagement with his fellow human beings. Since then, Dr. Baak helps more than 350 successful entrepreneurs and personalities to develop their health, their personal well-being and of course their performance in equal measure.
