I just wanted this say this app probably saved my life 2 years ago and helped me recover after relapsing. I didn't have a lot of hope for this app but having the resources it provided for free probably saved me a number of times.

2024-12-21	Cl*****	It is a really helpful app! I am 13 (going on 14) and I use this app for my mental health and it really helps! It let's you choose the emotion you're feeling and it has great coaches! I definitely recommend this app!!! 5/5 stars!!
