User reviews
Clockmaker: Jewel Match 3 Game offers attractive graphics and challenging gameplay, with many levels and variety that keep players engaged. However, users frequently complain about overwhelming ads, frequent pop-ups, and game performance problems such as freezing and crashes. Many find the increasing difficulty frustrating, especially when progress seems dependent on spending money or using power-ups. Additional mini-games and forced events are seen as distractions rather than enjoyable features. While updates and visual appeal receive praise, the monetization and interruption issues significantly impact player satisfaction.
Pros
- Challenging but manageable gameplay that keeps the game interesting.
- Appealing graphics and steampunk theme enhance visual enjoyment.
- Many levels and game modes providing variety and longevity.
- Frequent updates that improve the game over time.
- Opportunity to earn rewards through multiple ways outside of purchases.
Cons
- Excessive and intrusive ads and pop-ups disrupt gameplay experience.
- Game performance issues like freezing, crashing, and slow loading.
- High difficulty spikes making some levels frustrating without spending money.
- In-app purchases feel mandatory to progress or win, making it costly.
- Forced mini-games and events detract from the main gameplay and are annoying.

Wow, I actually like it. Very few ads, and game play is challenging, but not too hard to where you can't pass a level. This is the type of game I don't mind spending some real money on. Most of these games are garbage, but this is literally a good game and not frustrating to where you wanna unsubscribe or pull your hair out 😂.

I enjoy the game, but need to get through 10 minutes of pop up offers & options for the game before playing. And in spite of turning off the sound every time I can get that far, the game resets my sound preferences when I start it up. If I ever click on a house and need to go back, I get the entire realm of pop ups again. This is super irritating for many reasons incl time & my music, I get blasted with super loud game music, etc instead.
