BeHeart is a heart coherence and HRV (heart rate variability) biofeedback app that works with your phone's camera. No wristband, no watch: 3 minutes a day of guided breathing to release tension and enter a state of calm.

HOW IT WORKS
Touch your finger to the rear camera. Using photoplethysmography (PPG), BeHeart reads your pulse and displays in real time:
- Heart rate (BPM)
- Heart rate variability (HRV)
- Heart rate coherence level
- Spectral power graph (PSD), highlighting the 0.1 Hz range
