UI jumps around at times when the keyboard opens/closes and text can't be copied. Investments are taken from bank accounts immediately but very slow to appear in accounts due to intermediary. Using third party financial service providers doesn't instill confidence. Regular top ups not delivered flexibly through the app, need to use bank standing orders to have better control.

2024-09-12	Ke*****	I really enjoy using the Beanstalk app. I found it so user-friendly that I opened a Stocks and Shares ISA for myself after having a JISA for my son. I especially like that it can automatically add round-up amounts to my son's account from my bank transactions.

2024-07-06	kh*****	Opened an ISA for my daughter, now trying to set up one for myself and it just keeps kicking me out as i try to enter bank details, giving up after multiple attempts. Not very reassuring to have a glitchy app when it's your kids' savings at stake.

2024-01-30	Ro*****	Did not work properly. It did not work to make a Bank Transfer through the app then when I did a Bank Transfer through my Bank'swebsite the money left the bank but as the Beanstalk app had closed, when I logged on again it did not show receipt of the money. Not reassuring

2023-04-03	Ay*****	Easy enough to set up, but the ISAs have been in pending status for days with no action to take on my part and no updates on what's actually happening if anything at all. St this point it all looks as a waste of time with no outcome. Also while I linked my KidStart account (parent company) it's not actually automatically linked and I cannot easily transfer the saved up funds into the ISAs with one click.

2023-02-09	Da*****	Very buggy, wouldn't recognise my finger print, had to log off and on several times. Link to support on the app does not work and transfers made yesterday still not showing up. Significantly poorer experience than previously.
