Does this app works??.. No support even after request

Useless. Downloaded and tried to link my debit card but only accept 15 characters when all credit cards are issued with 16 then tried to contact customer service and guess what.. A robot answering messages. Useless app, poor service support, I can't imagine the pain to contact them if something goes wrong like a fraud or money steal from my account. Wouldn't trust this app
