The application is designed to automate the interaction of a service organization with departments and facilities of corporate clients. Allows:
- allows clients to create requests for serviced engineering systems of objects
- keep records of incoming requests from clients
- clients can see the progress of the application
- analyze applications
- search for applications using any criteria
- maintain up-to-date design and as-built documentation for the maintained engineering systems of the facilities
- maintain technical records of equipment for serviced engineering systems of objects
- see for any piece of equipment - the entire history of movement, service life (operating hours), who installed it, photos
- monitor equipment
- receive alarms if some equipment performance indicators are not within the specified parameters
