Hardt Sims

Hardt Sims is application for monitoring and creating services request about problem which were happened with equipment.
Application support with resolving problems with hardware equipment by creating service request. After creating service request master will review it and contact with affected person. All information about issue will send to master in Hardt Sims application. Staff should not duplicate details twice for each person in service company.

In application staff can raise service request to masters with description of problem.
Master can monitor new request and process them with reaction acceptation or declining by internal reason.
