2024-05-13	Br*****	I can't upload pictures and I've uninstalled the app, checked all my app permissions and everything seems to be in place but it's frustrating because it's supose to work.

2023-01-15	Ri*****	I'm very pleased with the services I am getting from this app. I've used it a couple times, and the wait time is very short, the app gives all the loaded medical information to the doc to make sure they're giving you the right treatment.

2022-04-27	Ed*****	No phone number to call customer service. I waited almost two weeks for my first appointment only to have it cancelled the morning of the appointment. Trouble is the cancelation message was in the app, which I didn't download until ten minutes before the appointment because that's what the one confirmation email said to do. Second appointment, different provider, got into a virtual waiting room and stayed there for fifteen minutes before a pop up message said my provider had declined my visit.

2022-01-03	Ma*****	I really love this feature. Not everything is needed to go to your PCP for, especially if you have a "you must come into the office" PCP. I have a really basic tummy bug, need some prescription strength anti nausea, PCP won't prescribe over the phone. Thank goodness for Drs. Online. It only took 2 minutes and costs the same as if I go to my PCP. I really love this option as a way to make staying healthy hassle-free! :)
