2024-11-01	Da*****	Non-stop freezes and per visit my co-pay (which is 40 for in network and they are charging 85 per visit) is more than my minimum copay it's also more than I pay per week for better help and that gives me access to therapy classes group sessions and one therapy visit per week and cheap visits if I want to schedule an extra one. What an awful scummy way to deny access to virtual mental health.

I've tried using it twice at different points for different issues and both times after like 2-5 minutes I was told they can't/won't do anything and to go into a local doctor's office. The whole reason I was using this is because I can't afford to go in and using this useless app costed me $61 for nothing which makes it even less likely I can afford to go into a local office.

2024-01-24	Br*****	Horrible experience. 3 full charges for the visit on the credit card and the report clearly states that the prescriptions failed to transfer to the pharmacy. Nobody follows up. Five hours later, I'm waiting for a call back to resolve. If I went to the walk-in clinic, I'd be done already. I'll never use this app or service again.

2021-08-10	pa*****	Good experience with the physician. Audio could have been better, but overall faster than trying to make an appointment with my doctor and going there, even after setting up the app.

2021-03-17	Bi*****	Very fast and friendly .They are real doctors they get straight down to the problem by asking you a series of questions and get you the right help needed .it was very convenient didn't have to leave the house and they sunt the prescriptions right over.

2020-05-02	Ve*****	App is easy to use. Doctor was thorough with questions. Wait time was about 40 minutes. Beats having to wait in the waiting room of an urgent care facility, especially during COVID-19 crisis. I'm sure I will use this app again in the future.

2020-04-21	A *****	It was very nice. I did not want to get out and go to an urgent care because of the covid19. When I knew all I had was a bad sinus infection. This was real easy to use. The Dr. was real nice.
