I have an issue with Florida Blue saying that I have a different health insurance. not only have they stopped paying my bills for my doctor but they have pulled all the claims since I first got the insurance in August of 2025. I have sent the proof that there is no other insurance. When I call customer service they say that they are paying my bills. They say the issue has been resolved. But yet they are still denying all of my doctor's visits. Horrible insurance company.
