2024-05-15	bo*****	downloaded the app and it works fine except for the weight numbers. it shows all 8's and no matter what weight is on the scale the app shows nothing. need to fix app so that you can add components when saving load data. many components are not pre loaded.

2023-11-23	La*****	This app is non responsive in connecting Bluetooth to my intellidropper. It's either a Firmware compatibility issue in connecting with my Samsung S23 Ultra, or the intellidropper is defective. It's brand new. Just recieved it today from Frankford. What can be the problem?

2023-07-23	Do*****	Lost all my reload data that I put in after the last update. But the upside is that this update actually fixed it from crashing when you open it up on the newest version of android.

2023-05-31	Da*****	Just got the scale, and was trying the app out. It immediately crashes w/Android 13 after loading the various components. I will update the review if they ever fix it. The first feedback with logs included was 3 weeks ago now. Update: 5/30/23 I just got an update that fixed the issue of crashing for me. I'll have to test it out. 4 stars until I test it. I tested the app today and it works great!

2023-05-13	Er*****	After your update app crashes and wont open now. It was working great before you updated the app now I cannot even access my loads I have saved. Have emailed Frankfurt arsenal several times with now response and have email the app contact with now response. Do not waste your money bad customer service.

2023-05-12	Le*****	Completely Useless. App crashes upon opening. Debating returning for an RCBS as the primary reason I purchased was to use the Bluetooth integration. If the Bluetooth app has this kind of issues I am concerned how poorly the powder measure will perform. Measuring gun powder is something you do NOT want to have errors with.

The Android app SDK tells you how to do things, this app violates those suggestions. First, no instructions on pairing. Inline a Fitbit, you have to pair yourself to a set of headphones that wants you to share contacts. Nope. If you mess up you have to power cycle the scale before you see the headphones to pair with. Date entry is painful. Tried to create a new load. Tried to click on

2021-06-28	Ch*****	Decent app, it works well with the Samsung s9. The only issue I have is that the phone must be holding it in landscape format to use. Vertically the display cuts half if the data off. It would be nice if it fit to the screen automatically.

2021-06-27	St*****	Was able to get the unit to pair with my Samsung S20+ Ultra, but the Bluetooth name/I.D was weird as it was not even remotely representative of the actual device. Will update review once I've had a chance to actually run/use the unit and verified the charges are accurate. Build quality seems pretty good. Setup and calibration are super simple processes, and I like that Frankford included the Calibration weight certificates too.

2021-05-07	St*****	Android doesn't automatically connect, device is called something random. Numbers for the weight can't be read, all the bars are white so it just shows up as 8.8.8.8. When weighing. Also the trickle button doesn't work from the phone. If you press trickle from the phone, it continues to trickle and doesn't stop. The count function also doesn't work, only counts to 1. I'll update review when/if ever fixed, but surprised a company would release an app clearly untested.
