downloaded the app and it works fine except for the weight numbers. it shows all 8's and no matter what weight is on the scale the app shows nothing. need to fix app so that you can add components when saving load data. many components are not pre loaded.

This app is non responsive in connecting Bluetooth to my intellidropper. It's either a Firmware compatibility issue in connecting with my Samsung S23 Ultra, or the intellidropper is defective. It's brand new. Just recieved it today from Frankford. What can be the problem?
