this app and it's tracking feature have degraded over time. I have had a fi collar now 4years and it just keeps getting slower and less responsive. I even upgraded to next generation of collar. very disappointed

It worked great for for 6 months. Now it's constantly losing connection. However, customer service over the phone was very helpful and reactivated device.
