2021-12-24	Wi*****	UPDATE: Owner went the mile and sent me parts to correct the failed unit. ALL GOOD! Works GREAT now! My pups are all quiet, almost immediately! Thanks for the product and the service! PREVIOUS: Just received the Barkblaster and installed the app. The person I spoke with on purchase of the product seemed very nice, personable. Unfortunately the app looks wonky (text / windows sizing issue) and the device will not connect. I have contacted the company for advice and hope to hear back from them soon. I will update after hearing from Barkblaster.
