Terrible connection issues. Won't even connect to the collar now and when it did before, always un connected and couldn't even get to correct dogs behavior. Wish I could return and get my money back. And theres not even a trouble shooting page on the app for issues like this.

Terrible app. It never stays connected therefore when you're trying to correct your dog, you're way behind because you have to sit and wait for it to connect. Out of the week and a half that I've had this, it's been useful one time. I'll be returning this and purchasing another collar with a remote from Amazon. Fraction of the price and 100% reliable every time.
