2024-11-22	Ri*****	I have been away, and come back! 3 years down the line, the app and service is still absolute shite! What's worse is the fact they still had all my personal data on account. My email, my phone number, and all the devices I had previously registered. Not a GDPR wizz or anything, but I'm pretty sure that is breaking some laws!

2024-09-24	Ch*****	Likewise is terrible, the old system was far better. Phone broken, new phone brought out and directly exchanged. Now the system is that you loose your phone for upto 2 weeks while they repair it.

I have been paying monthly for 4 years for a service that I've used once or twice. What other details could possibly be preventing me from getting to next step? Waste of time and money.

Also made a claim as screen on z3flip stopped working and told no it's in warranty, speak to phone shop they laughed and said good luck with Samsung. Samsung said warranty doesn't cover dead screen, probably opened it too many times, it's broken! So I'm left paying insurance that doesn't even cover a broken screen!

2021-11-23	Ro*****	Terrible- trouble logging in, kept sending a new verification code each time I opened it but then when I switch screens to get thw code it would send a new code on opening. Finally got past this and it crashes when finding my information. Wasted 3 hours trying to get into it and I'm still not in.
