Dear BA team, Your company and services are nice! The staff people are always friendly and ready to help. However... your app is horrible (at least on Android). It does not remember my login, so I have to login every single time I open the app. Check in is not reliable, it usually just prompts an error, or does not show anything (and you don't know whether the checking succeeded). The boarding pass is almost impossible to read on a mobile phone screen. The QR code often fails on the gate...
