My issue is due to a mistake made by Bajaj themselves, yet no one is taking responsibility or resolving it. Despite repeated attempts, I have received no proper assistance or solution. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend Bajaj General Insurance to anyone.
