2026-07-29	Kr*****	Horrible app and website to use. Payments don't go through. we added multiple cards, called our bank etc but it still wouldn't go thru. Called customer service, they couldn't see any tickets available but in our end on the app and on their website we could see tickets avail but the darn payment wouldn't go through. live chat was worst, they copied and pasted their generic responses and were zero help!
