I live in Netherlands, going to concert in Belgium. I download an app, log in, set my country to NL - no tickets. So I have to log out, log in again, set my country to Belgium - now tickets are available. So technically, app is fine, but the product of Ticketmaster is terrible. Having access to your tickets only in the app, and not in the email - is terrible. Separate access per country - is terrible twice.

I'd like to be able to describe the app but unfortunately it's too buggy to see what the app is supposed to do. Want to login? Sorry but that just isn't possible! Want to retrieve your tickets? Sorry, you have to login first. Call me a simpleton but the apps primary purpose is not functional...
