This is literally one of the worst digital experiences on the entire internet. it looks and performs like it was developed in 2001. there is absolutely nothing even remotely acceptable about the website and now they want to charge for the mobile app. I would not pay $1 for 10 yrs of access to this app. the company should be fined by the FTC for monopolistic behavior, not keeping up with digital experiences of even the past decade. I'm embarrassed for the product owner. they should be FIRED.
