Features & Capabilities

eSignX is a staff app for hotels. Use it at the front desk to collect guest signatures on property policies during check-in.
Connect once to your property management system. Open PMS Marketplace, choose Digital Signature (e-sign), then scan the setup QR — or enter the details on the Manual tab (Marketplace App ID signing_document, PMS API URL, KYC Gateway URL, and PMS App Key).
After the device is connected:
• Scan the guest check-in QR from the front desk
• Open the stay and the policy documents to sign
• Capture the guest signature on the device
• Send the signed record back to your PMS
Camera access is required to scan pairing and check-in QR codes.
eSignX is for hotel staff only. It is not a consumer social app and does not show ads. Identity and signature data are used only to complete check-in with your connected PMS and KYC Gateway.
