Exploraventura (Full)

Exploraventura is an educational game designed to help us observe our experience. As if using a magnifying glass, we will explore our physical sensations, thoughts, and emotions; our reactions and behaviors; observing how we use our imagination and focus our attention.

There is no right or wrong way to solve the puzzle; our exploration is unique and incomparable.

Exploraventura offers exercises to strengthen our capacity for exploration and emotional regulation, as well as mindfulness practices to train our attention, discovering resources to manage our emotions and return to a state of calm.
