Exploradventure it´s an educational game to observe our experience. As if we were holding a magnifier, enabling us to explore our physical sensations, thoughts and emotions; our reactions and behaviors; as well as observing how our imagination is turned on and how we focus our attention.

There is no correct or wrong way to solve the boxes, our personal way of doing this exploration is unique and incomparable.

Exploradventure proposes exercises to strengthen our capacity for emotional exploration and regulation and mindfulness practices to train your attention, discovering resources to accompany the emotions and calm down.
