2024-08-16	He*****	I tried and tried to use this service but I continuously encountered an error message when trying to establish a username and password. When I contacted their tech support, they didn't seem to understand the problem I was encountering. They redirected me to a link, which led me back to the same loop over and over again.

2024-06-23	Ki*****	Their technology is antiquated and faulty. Their customer service appears to be 90% automated. "If you have a question about...whatever...please press 1. " No one ever picks up. I think it's a great concept but is REALLY POORLY executed. Avoid if possible.

2023-12-03	Je*****	Actually a really great app, but this company runs around in circles in order to avoid saying they don't take debit cards. You won't find any clear documentation of this fact ANYWHERE. Plus, they ask you to enter a DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD NUMBER? Of course, you find out their credit card requirement after you've given them your personal info and debit card...which they then save in the system. For what reason, I have no idea, but it's really gross, frustrating, and weird.

In order to delete your account with them they ask to provide information that you don't need to provide when opening an account, such as SSN. Deleting an account is impossible: their automated phone service hangs up all the time and the online deleting is asking for plenty of information only to simply delete your account. I'm not even mentioning how bad the functionality of the app is. Do not bother!

2023-07-14	Q *****	This is a total scam. I used my US major credit card, and coupon code. Continue to receive an error message. Contacted my credit card company. They show a pending $1 on the credit card. Reach out to Avail customer support, they all give you the same script to use a different major credit card. No assistance. None of there agents are knowledgeable of anything matters nor situations regarding their processing system.
