| 2025-01-22 |  | | Absolutely despicable experience. I've placed a booking, and almost instantaneously it got cancelled by itself. I only knew it was cancelled because I got a text message as I left the app, then they tried charging $590.17 for "50% for cancellation before 24h from reservation". That's ABSURD! First of all, $590,17 for what they claim to be 50% for a one week rental is outrageous. Them I tried to contact support, they say they'll be in touch in 5-10mins, and after half an hour I still haven't. |

When you have an outstanding balance with then on your account, they(autzu) has it to where the driver gets out the vehical or even put the car in park, the options of turning the car back on is blocked. No matter where your at and once the car is shut off or in park mode, Autzu will have you stuck with your passengers while you try and request for customer service.
