Site Capture: Inspection App

One day on site shouldn't cost a week at the desk.

Site Capture is the offline building inspection app for property condition assessments, facility inspections, and site surveys. Start a project from a template, walk the building, and capture photos and data — every photo files itself against the right asset as you take it. No signal required, no account, no sign-in.

WHY INSPECTORS SWITCH
• Zero sorting: photos are filed to assets the moment you shoot — no renaming files back at the office
• True offline: everything is stored on your device; basements and plant rooms are no problem
• No account or sign-in: open the camera and start working

CAPTURE ON SITE
• Photo-first workflow: keep shooting while you switch categories from a side rail
• Per-photo fields: condition, quantity, manufacturer, model, serial, notes
• Scan nameplates: read text straight into a field, on-device, no internet needed
• GPS geotagging, front and rear cameras, torch for dark spaces
• Annotate with draw, box, arrow and measurements — originals never overwritten

STAY ORGANISED
• Asset Match AI: point it at unfiled photos and it suggests the right asset
• Track progress per category before you leave the building
• Review, retake, reassign or duplicate assets on the spot

EXPORT & HAND OFF
• One-tap export: photos, field data and spreadsheet in a single zip
• Photos filed into folders by category, asset or any field
• Open on desktop to finish the assessment in Auditor
