Saundy Inspect

Saundy Inspect is the field app for property inspections - built for surveyors, snaggers, clerks of works, and property teams who work in places where signal can't be trusted.

Capture the whole inspection on site: structured forms built from your firm's own templates, photos where the evidence belongs, severity flags, and drawn signatures at handover. Everything works fully offline - complete entire inspections in basements, plant rooms, or new-build sites with no connection, then sync automatically when you're back in signal.

WORKS WHERE YOU WORK
• Works fully offline: start, complete, and submit inspections with no connection at all
• Automatic sync when signal returns - nothing lost, nothing re-typed
• Built for real sites: quick photo capture, fast structured answers, big touch targets

YOUR STANDARDS, BUILT IN
• Inspection forms come from your organisation's own templates and severity rules
• Quick phrases keep wording fast and consistent across the team
• One inspection can cover any set of units or plots in your portfolio

DEFECTS AND FOLLOW-UPS THAT DON'T GET LOST
• Flagged answers raise defects automatically - no separate list to maintain
• Review and sign off defects in the field, even offline
• Track requirements through to discharge
• Book follow-up inspections right from the phone

FROM SITE VISIT TO SIGNED REPORT
• Drawn signatures captured at the point of submission
• Submitted inspections become professional PDF reports, ready for clients and records
• The back office sees progress in the Saundy Inspect portal as work syncs in
