2024-05-24	Da*****	These headphones are, for me, very hard to set up.appart from the original set up already installed I can't get any other features. After having 3 visits from my supplier to set it up correctly I am too afraid to try to try to install any features in case I do something wrong and then need someone to get it fixed again Ihave had these headphones for a few months now and despite having them checked 3 times by an audiologist I still can only get tv , don't want to call out audiologist again.

2023-07-01	*****	Heating test and loading test to headphones work but updates to headphones won't transmit. The company itself are awesome at support and have helped with issues and can't thank them enough. Will buy the newer pair. Cheers.

2023-01-15	Ti*****	Can't sign in. Can't create an account. Fix the app on Android. I got the A02 on advice from a professional to help manage tinnitus. Very disappointing. Should have got the Sennheiser headphones instead.

2022-10-09	Za*****	Never liked that I had to open the app to actually turn on the benefits that are supposed to be the whole point. App updated at some point and took away log in options. Now the pages for log in and create account don't work, so I basically just have very expensive normal headphones.

2022-05-03	An*****	Terrible. App just keeps crashing on Google Pixel 6 Pro. Update: After latest Android update it does not crash, but now keeps popping up a "Headphones disconnected" toast message. Clicking on Experience Audeara does nothing. Can't update firmware. Quite honestly the worst app I have ever come across. The headphones are connected to the phone and they play, but their USP of applying a unique sound profile per user sound is unattainable with this app 🙁

2022-04-11	Pe*****	A01 headphones were great. Connected to non smart tv. Sound quality with noise cancelling turned on brilliant. I now have A02 model and not happy. The auto noise cancelling not working. The app does nothing even when connected to a blue tooth device. The a01 would allow adjustments in the app. I would prefer A01 anyday.

2022-03-23	Pk*****	Have had Audera headphones since kickstarter campaign (was a big fan of the concept), app worked fine, customised fine. However headphones sound quality and the actually sound customisation has degraded significantly over the last year, high distortion ect. I have sent emails to the company regarding this but were totally ignored. Just recently tried to use headphones again and the app stopped working compleatly. I even reinstalled the app and I cannot even get past the login section.
