These headphones are, for me, very hard to set up.appart from the original set up already installed I can't get any other features. After having 3 visits from my supplier to set it up correctly I am too afraid to try to try to install any features in case I do something wrong and then need someone to get it fixed again Ihave had these headphones for a few months now and despite having them checked 3 times by an audiologist I still can only get tv , don't want to call out audiologist again.

Heating test and loading test to headphones work but updates to headphones won't transmit. The company itself are awesome at support and have helped with issues and can't thank them enough. Will buy the newer pair. Cheers.
