Why does this App not recognise when the headphone are connected to the TV BT streamer. No interaction with headphones is possible when it says the headphones are not connected.

These headphones are, for me, very hard to set up.appart from the original set up already installed I can't get any other features. After having 3 visits from my supplier to set it up correctly I am too afraid to try to try to install any features in case I do something wrong and then need someone to get it fixed again Ihave had these headphones for a few months now and despite having them checked 3 times by an audiologist I still can only get tv , don't want to call out audiologist again.
