Completely Inadequate, Yet; required!? Both sides using it complain and end up using regular phone calls to complete appointments! Must be the cheapest option for corporate greed since it is constantly bumping you off or mic and camera are impossible to initiate! As well, it stores previous/Expired meeting ID's instead of generating or carrying the current ID over from email link. Zoom was 60/40, this is 20/80 with wifi and cellular data!

This is THE WORST program I've ever encountered. Zero customer service. No local representatives. They have promised us a phone number then told us, after updating all of our business documents, that they don't have it. AT&T is not affiliated with this program and is zero help. BUSINESSES BEWARE because IT IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM.
