2024-08-27	Ch*****	So far this particular machine is very difficult to work, they don't even recommend the software that comes with it but using a different third party software which is very confusing and it's hard to find any instructions on this everything that I have learned I've learned it from YouTube videos. Wish I would have went with a different brand, one that explains everything a little better and provides more direction.
