However, we only received the ticket confirmation three days later, after the flight had already departed. Despite this, we were still charged for the ticket. Shopee claimed the confirmation email was sent on the purchase date, but we never received it. I chose Shopee because of the instalment option, but after this experience, I will never use Airpaz again. Their customer service was extremely disappointing.
