Extremely disappointing experience. STRAITS QUAY WATERSIDE SUITES. We informed the property of our 10 PM arrival but received no response. Due to traffic, we arrived at 10:15 PM. We were told the owner had left, yet no one called or messaged us. When we questioned this, our call was hung up. We were then told the rooms were full, but 4 rooms were still listed on Traveloka. We had to book another hotel and reported everything to Traveloka with evidence. Unprofessional and poor communication.
