PLUS PLAN

Similar to the Basic plan but with an added technological step: filed test on the bike (1'-3'-5'-12'). It will provide ideal ideal session time, calorie consumption, and have target zones to follow + intervals for each cycling session, helping users optimize their preparation to achieve their goals. This fully automated plan includes personalized load and deload weeks based on individual objectives, offering seamless user-software interaction for enhanced performance tracking.
