TAK ACE is a professional-grade scenario simulator for Team Awareness Kit (TAK) networks. Define multiple simulated actors, configure their routes and behaviors, and broadcast live Position Location Information (PLI) to any TAK server — all from your Android device.

Core Features
- Multi-actor scenarios — Simulate an entire team of users simultaneously. Each actor has its own callsign, UID, team color, TAK role, and movement route.
- Flexible route editor — Tap the map to place waypoints, drag to reposition, and set per-segment speeds. Add dwell times at waypoints and configure loop, ping-pong, or stop behavior.
- MIL-STD 2525C symbols — Simulate friendly, hostile, neutral, and unknown ground, air, and sea units using standard military symbology rendered in ATAK.
- Live simulation map — Watch all actors move in real time on an OpenStreetMap base layer. Toggle between the live map and a detailed actor state list.
- Delayed starts — Stagger actor appearance with per-user start offsets to simulate realistic scenario timelines.
- Time acceleration — Run scenarios at 1× to 10× speed for rapid exercise review.
- CoT message log — Inspect every Cursor on Target (CoT) XML message sent during the simulation. Filter by success or failure, and expand any entry to view the full XML payload.

TAK Server Compatibility
Connects to any standards-compliant TAK server:
- TCP — plain-text CoT stream (FreeTAKServer, taky, OpenTAKServer, TAK Server)
- SSL/TLS — encrypted stream with client and CA certificate support (.p12)
- SSL + Certificate Enrollment — automatic certificate provisioning from TAK Server or OpenTAKServer

Scenario Management
- Create, edit, duplicate, and delete scenarios
- Export and import scenarios as .takscenario.xml files for sharing across devices
- Import standard TAK data packages (.zip) from ATAK or WinTAK

Background Operation
A foreground service keeps your simulation running when the app is minimized — your exercise continues uninterrupted.

FTS Compatibility Mode
Rate-limited sending mode with anti-flood protection enabled.
