KeepProof is a receipt/document scanner, expense tracker and document organizer that works fully offline. No account, no ads, no cloud sync. EXPENSES AND PROJECTS

Organize spending under projects like home renovation, wedding, vehicle, trip, business or farm. For each purchase, keep merchant, amount, currency, category, payment source, date and notes together with the proof: receipt photos, invoices and warranty papers. Totals are grouped by currency, so different currencies are never mixed, and category and status breakdowns show where the money went. Search and filter purchases anytime, and archive finished projects to keep things tidy.

RECEIPT SCANNER WITH ON-DEVICE OCR

Take a picture of a receipt and KeepProof reads it on your device. Suggested merchant, amount and date appear in a review form, and nothing is saved until you check and confirm. You can also enter an expense by hand or start a draft with your voice. OCR runs offline, so receipt text never leaves your phone.

DEADLINES AND REMINDERS

Add a return deadline or warranty expiry to any purchase and KeepProof schedules a local reminder. The Deadlines screen shows what is coming up or already overdue, so you return that item or claim that warranty in time.

DOCUMENT SCANNER: MANY PAGES, ONE PDF

The Documents area keeps important papers easy to find: passport, visa, ID card, certificate, insurance policy, vehicle registration, property records, business files and more.

Scan up to 20 pages in one session. Crop the edges, rotate, clean up each image, drop weak pages and reorder the rest, then save everything as a single PDF. Any single page can also be saved on its own as an image or PDF. Prefer importing? Pick images, PDFs or supported files from your phone, and several selected images are joined into one PDF automatically.

Each document gets a title, category, person, date, expiry date and notes. Browse them in category folders such as Identity and Personal, Travel, Education, Property, Vehicle, Insurance, Business, Financial and Other. Tap a card to open the file, and use search, filters and sorting when the list grows.

Title, category, person and expiry suggestions are read from the first page on your device. They are only suggestions: you review and edit them, and the raw scan text is discarded after saving. Documents are stored separately from expenses and never change your totals.
