Care Med

Care Med application features registration of patients and medical practitioner. Once registered, medical practitioner can create and manage prescriptions for patients already registered within the application. Once a prescription created for a patient, it only then can be viewed by that patient. Patients can also keep track of the medication prescribed to them. Care Med also allows patients to create, update and view their own personal medication records.
