ITT Asset Management

Asset Management Tool is a practical, offline-first utility for recording and reviewing items you label as assets on your own device. It is intended for personal or small-team style organization—not a replacement for full enterprise asset systems or cloud inventory services.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Add and edit asset records with fields such as name, code, category, quantity, unit, location, purchase date, condition, status, notes, optional maintenance date, and optional assignee.
• Search and filter your list, with sorting by name, last updated date, or quantity.
• Log inspections against an asset code: mark outcomes like checked, issue found, or missing, and add short notes.
• Open simple reports that summarize assets by status or category and surface items that may need maintenance attention.
• Review inspection history from the app.
• Export a text snapshot of summary counts to the clipboard from Settings (for your own use elsewhere).

DATA AND PRIVACY
• Information is stored locally with SQLite on your phone or tablet.
• No account, login, or cloud sync is required to use the app.
• Features such as resetting demo data or clearing all records are available in Settings for your control over local content.
