Not for the employee, or the customer, but for the company to pretend to incentivize their employees without actually paying them. Not a single ounce of feedback on the app itself has been addressed, responded to, or fixed, and there's a lot. I'm asking you nicely, stay clear of any company that uses this app, stick to Google Review bonus structures, they are actually real

2022-11-21	Br*****	Trash app. Half the time customers can't see more than 5 and end up giving terrible scores. Under a 9 is bad which kills your score.

2022-02-13	Ch*****	Like everyone else I hate this system and how it's tied to how I get a raise. If it's not a 9 or 10 then it basically goes against you, same with no shows that you have to reschedule because they didn't call it in. If they can grade us maybe we should have an app that grades the customer so they can see what we deal with this d@mn grading system. As an example I got a 5 from a customer, but yet I did a "great" job. How if I they gave me a 5?
