ArmWrestling Team

ArmWrestling Team is the network that connects armwrestlers around the world.

IT STARTS WITH A MAP
Open the app and you see a map of armwrestling teams. The more it fills up, the more you find people to pull with — in your city, or in the country you are travelling to. Join a team, or create your own and put it on the map.

TRAIN, DON'T IMPROVISE
The app comes with a library of armwrestling exercises: hook, toproll, press, wrist, pronation, cupping, plus base strength work. Every exercise tells you what it is for and what equipment it needs.
Three ways to get a plan:
- ready-made programs built into the app
- a plan written by your coach, sent straight to your phone
- the AI coach, which builds a plan around your level, your equipment and the days you already train other sports
You are never locked into a routine. Do the exercises in the order you want, and if your elbow hurts or the bench is taken, skip the exercise and say why. The plan takes it into account.

YOUR TEAM, YOUR COACH
The coach admits athletes, sees their measurements and sessions if they choose to share them, writes plans and talks to them in the app. Coaches can also add their own exercises — including ones built on a specific handle.

EQUIPMENT AND MAKERS
A section dedicated to handle makers and equipment: what exists, what it is for, and where to get it.

COMPETE
Post event posters, run brackets live, keep team rankings, challenge another athlete head to head. Results feed into your record.

YOUR RECORD, YOUR CHOICE
Titles and podiums build your palmares — including the old ones, from the years before any app existed. Other athletes who were there can confirm them. And you decide what the world sees: profile, measurements and palmares each have their own switch, off by default.
