ARMMAN ANM LMS (Amma‑Kosam) is a mobile Learning Management System and decision-support app designed for Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs), Medical Officers, and gynecologists in Telangana. The app delivers on-demand training—videos, simulations, and presentations—alongside two-way communication so health workers can refresh skills, follow standardized clinical protocols, and stay updated on high-risk pregnancy management.

Integrated with a tracking and decision-support tool, the system converts protocols into step-by-step clinical algorithms that guide symptom assessment, diagnostics, management, counseling, and referrals. By enabling timely identification, appropriate testing/treatment, secure transfer across India’s three-tier public health system, and periodic follow-up, ARMMAN ANM LMS aims to improve maternal and newborn outcomes through better-trained practitioners and seamless care continuity.
