I really want this concept to work. it's a lot of fun in theory. The arcade play has its own issues, but they're usually resolved after emailing customer support, sometimes more than once. The real issue is that when redeeming tickets I've had to email every time after a few days with no shipping notification. I redeemed tickets 8 days ago, emailed 4 days ago, and got a response that it would ship this week. I emailed again for confirmation today and was told it will ship next week.

What arcade is this?? There's literally gaming computers, consoles, RC cars, drones, and much more! How can a arcade have so much? There's a claw machine that's technically possible that drops 10 million tickets and costs $5 per play (10m is enough for a gaming PC) They even updated their outdated UI now, wth. There's no reason whatsoever to not rate this 5 stars. Ofc you have to pay to ship prizes, literally every claw app does that.
